Vegan Yogurt Pancakes With Mango-Peach Sauce

  1. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and flaxseeds in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the yogurt and the milk. Stir it with a whisk until the batter is just smooth, with an “easy to pour” consistency (not too thin). Add a little more milk, if needed, and don’t over beat the batter. Pour the batter onto a small skillet, or a griddle, and brown both sides.
