  1. Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove the top of the tomato and reserve. Scoop out the seeds and pulp of the tomato with a spoon
  3. Strain the pulp and save the juice
  4. Grate the French bread
  5. In a separate bowl, add the garlic, French bread, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, the herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper
  6. Add some salt and pepper to the tomato cavity
  7. Stuff each tomatoes with the bread mixture
  8. Place tomatoes in a baking pan
  9. Bake for approximately 20 minutes
